2 GREYS BLACK LACE AND GATHERED LAYERS!

Happy Monday peeps! did you have a good weekend? Mine was non stop, consisting of 3 birthday do's, 2 trips to the gym and a car boot sale thrown in for good measure. I'm exhausted now! Anywho, I wore this for a day in the office. My gathered grey skirt is from All Saints and was a pricey £70 for me! I do love it though. I teamed it with a cheap grey poloneck top, a lace top from H&M and a cropped knitted cardigan which was too big for me, and it was 50p on a car boot sale- so I shrunk it on a boil wash. I accessorised with a vintage necklace and my over the knee Dune boots, which I'm happy to say I've given a little rest for a while!

DRESSING LIKE THE QUEEN MOTHER FOR THE ROYAL WEDDING!

I've had this 50s vintage suit for about 10 years and never had an excuse to wear it until now! The Royal Wedding seemed the perfect occassion, especially for a vintage style tea party! I teamed it with a little white waistcoat underneath which I got from a car boot sale with some wedding shoes from a charity shop. My pink pill box hat, was from a vintage shop, and I accessorised simply with some pearls around my neck and a chunky, pearl bracelet from Marks and Spencer's :) Ta da.

Anywho, I wish I could wear a dress like this every day!!! I wore it last Saturday for a friends wedding. The dress cost me £45 from a vintage shop in Harrogate which I teamed with a fur cape and some velvet armlets- both of which I've owned years but matched the dress perfectly. I accessorised with this funky little clutch bag from Dolcis and some killer black heels! It's ironic I'm going to look a lot less dressed up this Saturday in the middle of a field. doh....Oh well, Have a mighty fine one lovelies! xx

OOBER DRESSED UP FOR A MEAL ON A MONDAY!

I have to blame my over-dressyness at the moment on the fact I've loved dressing up for the Royal wedding and our friends wedding which was last Saturday. Thus- why I dressed up like I was going to another wedding and infact I was going to Bolton on a Monday night for a Italian meal! haha.
Anywho, My dress is a vintage 80s classic from retro rehab which I've had years and not worn as its a tad restricting on the arms. I teamed it with some cheap, white peep toe stilettos a fur trim jacket from Warehouse, which I got from a car boot sale with my Louis Vuitton hand bag. I accessorised with some hot pink diamante earrings from Mikey to finish it off.

I teamed it with a spotty navy and white top which was 50p on a car boot sale, my much loved white leather belt, and a lil string of pearls. I topped and toed it off with this fine and dandy hat fascinator from H&M and these wedding shoes which I bought brand new and boxed from a charity shop! Who needs a wedding to wear them.... not me!
